Trevor Smith is the National Food Manager for the ALH Group. Operating over 300 Licenced venues and more than 500 retail liquor outlets across Australia. In his role today, Trevor overlooks the entire food operation, ensuring ALH is benefiting from its purchasing position.
Trevor is a highly skilled leader who controls a multitude of functions at ALH, including; food safety, finance, strategic supplier initiatives, improving the procurement system and mitigating supply risk. He prides himself on having initiated and successfully delivered business growth results year upon year with ALH and being a key contributor to their strategic vision.
